1. Code of Conduct

All members, students, and visitors at iLearn Spaces are expected to:

• Treat all staff and peers with respect. Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
• Use hub resources responsibly.
• Maintain a quiet and professional atmosphere in co-working zones.

2. Payments & Refunds

Courses

Course fees must be paid in full before the start date. Refunds are only available if a cancellation request is made at least 7 days prior to the course start date. No refunds will be issued once a course has commenced.

Hall Rentals

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 48 hours before the event.

3. Hub & Equipment Use

Damage

Users are responsible for the condition of the equipment they use. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse (e.g., spilling liquids on laptops) will be charged to the user.

Internet

Our internet is for educational and professional use. Accessing illegal content or using the network for heavy torrenting is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All course materials, slides, and handouts provided by iLearn Spaces are the intellectual property of RABNI Education Interventions. They are for your personal use and may not be resold or distributed.

Student Work: Students retain full copyright ownership of the code, art, or projects they create during our programs.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safety, iLearn Spaces and RABNI Education Interventions are not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal property brought into the hub.
• Personal injuries caused by the user’s own negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
